About the Role:

- As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will leverage your technical background and sales expertise to engage customers, deliver tailored technical solutions, and close deals.

- Youll be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting live product demonstrations, and driving sales growth.

- This role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical knowledge to ensure customers are equipped with the right solutions for their business.

- Lead technical product demonstrations, offering detailed insights into our data integration solutions and related technologies.

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, with a focus on SaaS and IT solutions.

- Collaborate across teams to ensure the highest level of customer support and alignment with our solution sales strategy.

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales of products.

- Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and developments in SaaS, data integration, and IT solutions.

- Address customer inquiries and provide technical expertise to resolve product-related issues.

- Generate new leads and close sales through demonstrations, outreach, and relationship-building.

- Work closely with professional services and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Continuously enhance your technical sales skills through training and self-learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in software SaaS or IT sales, with a strong technical background.

- Solid understanding of B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry.

- Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in selling data integration, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions is highly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and innovation.

- Tech-savvy, with the ability to map technology to business needs and outcomes.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA preferred but not required.

Shift Timing: U.S

Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

Note: Candidates having 8+ years of experience will only be considered.
