Salesforce Account Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Salesforce Account Manager with a successful track record of sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads within the Salesforce services domain.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Salesforce offerings, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and should be well-versed in B2B lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for Salesforce consulting, implementation, and support services.
- Identify key decision-makers through outbound outreach strategies such as cold emails, LinkedIn networking, and lead databases.
- Conduct research to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Salesforce clients.
- Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to pass qualified leads for proposal and deal closure.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, set appointments, and report on lead conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation specifically for Salesforce services (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Demonstrated success in generating warm leads through outbound campaigns and digital outreach.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and typical client pain points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Preferred:
- Background in IT services or Salesforce partner firms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce partner network and AppExchange listings.
- Ability to qualify leads using BANT/CHAMP frameworks or similar.
