Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.


- Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.


- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations while effectively negotiating deals.


- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product teams) to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.


- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize business development efforts.


Key Requirements:


- Experience: 2-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the IT industry.


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).


- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related services is a plus.


- Networking Abilities: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.


- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
