SCM Functional Head - Purchase Control Systems

Exposure:

- Domestic & International Sourcing for Logistic Automation.

- Responsible to developed Global supplier base.

- Seeking experience from Mind/large size Services/Solution Consulting based Industrial Automation Organizations.

Purpose of Job & Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase order approval and ensure due diligence is done before approval.

- Sourcing of commodities of Control bought outs - PLC, CNC controller, Servo package, Robots, Industrial Vision Systems, Sensors, Relays, Switchgears, Industrial Cables, Control panels, Transformers, Connectors, Industrial Fuses, Panel Connectors, Automation moulded Cables, Drag Chain, Robot Dress Pack, Safety Switches, Safety Relays, Encoders etc

- High Value Engineered to Order Equipment like EV Battery Cycler, Welding Equipment, Laser Welding & Cleaning Equipment's etc

- International Customer site Contract Labour & Equipment sourcing, Mechanical & Software Design & Engineering Various Capex IT & Engg Soft tools & Infrastructure Procurements & AMCs ensure Procurement at Right price, in right time, of right quality, in right quantity, from right source

Procurement:

- Review Indent, prioritise urgencies & initiate Procurement process.

- Ontime Procurement at optimum cost

- Resolve queries related to Procurements with Stores & Accounts on daily basis

- Review with Suppliers on daily / weekly basis and ensure intime Procurements

- Responsible for Procurement of Various Capex IT & Engg Soft tools & Infrastructure procurements & AMCs

Inventory Management:

- Analyse & define Reorder level Database & get it set from superior

- Achieve adequate Inventory Management by suggesting nearest alternative available in excess, cost effective, alternates (makes)

- Market Intelligence Visit at least one exhibition related to Products you are dealing in, in one year

- Compliance & Statutory requirements related to Customs, Foreign Trade & Other related Taxes

- Submission of Pending PO report on weekly basis & PO Vs GRIR report on monthly basis, to respective suppliers & take approval of superior on weekly MIS report
