The Role That Shapes How Financial Institutions Think
We are looking for someone who in addition to executing marketing campaigns, will also architect the entire narrative that connects our brand with Financial Institution leaders who matter the most. This role is about becoming the voice that transforms how our industry thinks, feels, and acts.
You'll be the voice that helps financial institutions see beyond the next quarterly metric to the relationships and communities they are building. When credit union CEOs reference our insights in board presentations, when bank executives invite us to speak at their strategy sessions, when fintech founders seek our perspective on market positioning, that will be your work creating impact positioning, that will be your work creating impact.
What You'll Do:
- Drive brand recognition in financial services. Create content and thought leadership that will position us as the partner for financial institutions when they need to balance innovation with their values. Your writing will help credit union leaders articulate why technology should amplify human connection, not replace it.
- Execute strategic marketing programs targeting decision-makers at credit unions, community banks, and forward-thinking fintechs. Design integrated campaigns across industry publications, conferences, digital channels, and partnership opportunities that reach CLOs, CROs, and CEOs where they're already engaging.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate our technology capabilities into compelling value propositions for financial institutions. Work directly with our executive team and key customers to understand how our solutions help banks serve underbanked communities, enable credit unions to compete with megabanks, or help fintechs build trust at scale.
- Build competitive differentiation in a crowded fintech vendor landscape. Position us as the partner that helps financial institutions use AI and automation to become more human, more member-focused, and more aligned with their core mission.
- Build brand recognition that goes beyond logo placement. You'll create content and campaigns that make people stop scrolling and think differently.
- Lead tactical marketing execution, including SEO strategy and website optimization, to ensure financial services decision-makers find us when researching solutions.
- Manage our social media strategy across LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms. Drive media relations with financial services publications and execute event & conference marketing at key industry gatherings like CUNA GAC, ABA conferences, and fintech summits.
What We are Looking For:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in financial services with a proven track record of building brand recognition and driving qualified pipeline in credit union, banking, or fintech markets.
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create thought leadership content that resonates with financial services executives.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, website management, social media marketing, media relations, and event & conference marketing in B2B environments.
- Executive presence and presentation skills with experience managing C-suite relationships and representing companies as subject matter experts.
- Collaborative leadership experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
