Job Description:
- This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for driving franchise expansion, project setup, revenue growth, and operational excellence across the West zones for Preschools.
- The Zonal Business Head plays a key leadership role in acquiring new franchise partners, overseeing center launches, and managing business performance across the region.
- The role involves direct supervision of Zonal Managers and requires strong business acumen, team leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate with franchisees to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead franchise expansion initiatives including partner acquisition, center setup, and onboarding support.
- Manage operational performance across all centers with a focus on enrollment growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute zonal sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and drive achievement of top-line revenue and bottom-line targets across assigned regions.
- Conduct periodic business reviews, performance audits, and goal setting with zonal teams.
- Provide operational and strategic support to franchisees for effective center management and growth.
- Ensure high productivity and efficiency in zone-level execution year over year.
- Guide and mentor Zonal Managers, building leadership capabilities and succession pipelines.
- Prepare zonal budgets, monitor expenditure, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial control.
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards during franchise acquisition and center setup.
- Strengthen relationships with franchisees to promote business alignment, process consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competition activity, and investment opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Ensure standardized processes across the region to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Scope of work:

- Build zonal business strategies and implement measurable action plans for center expansion, marketing, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Academics) for effective business support and brand delivery.
