Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Noida at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

- The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance against established goals.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.

- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance guidelines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and solutions.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

- Track and manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and company policies.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of SBI Life's insurance products and services.

- Conduct training sessions for agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

- Stay updated on new product launches and industry developments.

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance sector.
