Saviant Consulting - Head - Technology

As Head of Technology, you will lead strategic technology initiatives and digital innovation and build scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

This strategic role combines technology leadership with hands-on architectural expertise to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. You will play a critical role in building technical capabilities, accelerating go-to-market strategies, and positioning the company as a technology-led partner for Saviant's clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Innovation

- Define technology roadmap, build core technical capabilities, and drive adoption of the latest digital technologies and modern engineering practices that deliver with speed and quality.

- Launch various AI, cloud, or IP-led offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

2. Scalable Architecture & Engineering Excellence

- Establish the latest, scalable software architecture and development standards across all projects.

- Guide tech stack decisions, embed DevOps, automation, and cloud principles to ensure delivery consistency, speed, and quality.

- Through continuous integration of client feedback, performance data, and industry benchmarks, you will refine delivery frameworks to drive measurable impact and customer success.

3. GTM Acceleration & Market Positioning

- Lead the development of IP, whitepapers, and thought leadership that elevate Saviant's brand authority and open new revenue streams.

What You Bring to the Role

1. Any Engineering degree from a reputed institute 12+ years of experience with 3+ years in leading technology strategy in IT services company

2. Strong expertise in architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and modern software engineering practices using the Microsoft Technologies

3. Understanding of launching new technology-led offerings and driving revenue impact

4. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with business, delivery, and customer teams

Who we consider as a right fit for this role

1. In the past 3 years, you have led technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, mid-sized IT services or consulting environment.

2. You have successfully launched multiple technology-led offerings, IPs, or platforms that enhanced customer experience and accelerated revenue growth.

3. You are currently responsible for establishing and scaling high-quality engineering practices across teams.
