Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Marketing/Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Ensure brand consistency in all communications and materials.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.

- Manage social media, content marketing, and advertising efforts.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing assets.

- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

- Handle budget allocation and vendor management for marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
