Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement research strategies to identify and qualify target accounts.
- Oversee data enrichment processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
- Utilize research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io) to gather relevant account and contact information.
- Support sales development teams and ABM programs with targeted research and insights.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain research processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align research efforts with business objectives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track research performance and provide insights.
- Drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales research, or market research roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales development processes and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency with research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).
- Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate grit and resilience.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or Demandbase.
- Experience supporting sales development teams or ABM programs.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and automation tools.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.
