Role : Business Development Manager.

Exp : 8 - 10 years.

Emp. Type : WFO Bangalore (JP Nagar).

Notice period : within 30days.

Responsibilities:


- Contract to hire / Permanent hire - depending on candidates' performance.

- Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Client stakeholders.

- Proven track record of selling IT services to Medium and Large Customers in the global markets.

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, open doors, evaluate and qualify opportunities.

- Collaborating with company leadership to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

- Co-ordinate with technical leadership to create differentiating solutions and innovative commercial models.

- Identify partnerships to leverage competencies and assist in indirect selling.

- Sending follow-ups on daily basis and maintaining Lead sheet.

- Ability to create sales proposals and slide decks, independently handle sales presentations to prospects.

- Secondary market research activities and identifying the target audiences.

- Hands on experience on LinkedIn, and any other important social platforms.

- Functional selling experience of IT Infrastructure services, predominantly Digital Workplace, Data Center and Cloud Engineering services.

- Knowledge of handling LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience working as a business development Manager or similar role.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

- The ability to travel as needed.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Strong business acumen.

- Detail-oriented.
