Job Description:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal structuring, pricing, product positioning, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with finance on the approval of contract term redlines, guiding sales toward alternative solutions that meet both customer and organizational requirements.
- Establish and implement best-practice methodologies to scale the Deal Desk through process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Proactively guide deals through internal approval processes to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Review and validate opportunity details in Salesforce, confirming deal completion and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across all levels of the sales organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, product, customer success, and finance to facilitate deal execution.
- Identify, recommend, and lead process improvement initiatives based on prior experience and market best practices.
- Support sales and finance teams with ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in Deal , Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise technology industry.
- Proven experience in enterprise deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and approval workflows.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and other deal management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
