Job Title: D365 F&O Functional Consultant
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Job Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 2-3 days WFO)
Description:
- It is an IC role with some experience to E-E Core D365 (D365 F&O development) (Min 3+ Years) development.
- Client expectations for this role are strong communication skills
- 3 years working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Configure D365 F&O modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are preferred.
- Hands on end-to-end Project in Finance Module will be mandatory. Experience with D365 modules i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with at least 3 years working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience with D365 modules i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc. is a plus.
- Solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions within D365 F&O.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with D365 F&O integrations (e.g., Power BI, Azure, third-party applications).
- Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in consulting or working with large enterprises or multinational clients.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle from design through to deployment and support.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
