Position: Sales Head.

Role: Engagement Manager/ Senior Engagement Manager.

Location: Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai.

Tenure: 1 year contract ( Extendable basis performance).

The Opportunity:

- The Sales Head will anchor the Sales function with dual responsibility for strategic sales leadership and account management.

- This includes developing and executing growth strategies, overseeing day-to-day management of sales volumes and systems, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

- The role requires building strong client relationships, institutionalizing robust sales processes, and equipping the team to deliver consistent, scalable results.

- The Sales Head will act as the bridge between strategic client partnerships and operational excellence, ensuring both revenue growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Business Development.

- Develop and own the annual sales strategy and plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

- Monitor market trends and client needs to shape forward-looking sales plans.

- Lead the design of market-entry and client-engagement strategies, identifying sectors, geographies, and accounts for expansion.

- Collaborate with Marketing to design thought-leadership campaigns, events, and outreach targeted at new prospects.

- Drive new business development, including prospecting, pipeline expansion, and conversion of Class A and B opportunities.

Account Management & Growth:

- Lead the account management strategy for existing NA clients, ensuring long-term partnership and retention.

- Create account plans that drive renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.

- Conduct structured account reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for deeper engagement.

- Leverage data and intelligence to monitor client funding priorities, grant patterns, and organizational focus areas.
