- As a distributor, SAT Microsystem plays a critical role in bridging the gap between vendors and resellers, delivering innovative IT solutions to the Saudi Arabian market.

- We are expanding our strategic channel network and looking for a driven professional to lead this growth.

Job Summary:

- The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners (resellers, VARs, and system integrators).

- This role focuses on driving revenue growth through indirect sales, improving partner performance, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with SAT Microsystem's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure engagement, performance, and loyalty.

- Develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives with key partners.

- Drive partner enablement by delivering training, sales tools, and marketing support.

- Track and measure partner sales performance using defined KPIs and CRM systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management) to ensure partner success.

- Organize partner-centric events such as webinars, workshops, and enablement programs.

- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure adherence to compliance policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA is a plus).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales.

- Proven track record in developing and managing successful reseller relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of indirect sales channels including distributors, resellers, and VARs.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficient in CRM platforms.

- Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, network monitoring tools, and service management platforms.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred):.

- Familiarity with IT Service Management Platform.

- Exposure to ITSM platforms and ticketing systems.

- Understanding of IT channel dynamics in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:.

- Experience in IT distribution or enterprise software/hardware sales.

- Strong analytical mindset with strategic planning capabilities.

- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
