Role Summary:
- The Country CEO will spearhead the country's operations, driving brand establishment, business growth, and market leadership.
- This role requires an innovative strategist capable of navigating dynamic market conditions and delivering aggressive growth in dairy, milk, yoghurt-based drinks, and alternative beverage categories.
Responsibilities:
- The Country CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to launch and scale multiple beverage brands.
- They will identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, establish impactful marketing and brand-building initiatives, and ensure strong brand recall among target consumers.
- The role involves driving innovative consumer engagement campaigns across both traditional and digital media platforms.
- The CEO will build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a performance-driven culture rooted in entrepreneurship, accountability, and calculated risk-taking.
- Full P&L responsibility will be held by the CEO, ensuring robust financial, commercial, and operational management to deliver consistent, profitable growth while optimizing resource allocation and cost structures.
- Market expansion will be a key focus, requiring the forging of strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, regulators, and suppliers.
- The CEO will expand distribution networks and develop innovative route-to-market models suited to the local ecosystem.
- In addition, they will champion new product development, lead rapid innovation cycles, and embrace high-risk, high-reward strategies to disrupt the market and maintain a competitive advantage.
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will be aged between 42 and 46, with a proven leadership track record spanning 12-20 years in marketing, sales, or finance within the FMCG, beverages, or related sectors.
- Experience in top-tier global or regional organizations and success in building and scaling brands in emerging or developing markets is highly desirable.
- The role requires a visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional market insight, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver breakthrough results
