We are seeking an experienced SAP Planning Functional/Technical Consultant to establish and optimize planning processes by implementing and customizing SAP SAC Solutions. As a functional consultant you will play crucial role in analyzing business requirements, performing fit/gap analysis, design solutions, configure SAP SAC Models, and provide ongoing support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning using SAP SAC.
- Hands-on experience ensuring seamless integration of SAP SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and other estimation software to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Experience leading end-to-end SAP SAC planning implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
- Requirements gathering
- Business process design - develop/maintain functional specifications
- Systems and Integration testing
- Resolving production issues
- End user training
- Strong business facing experience, great communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience SAP Asset and projects management is a Plus.
Responsibilities:
- Play crucial role in ensuring our planning solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
- Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuring the system accordingly to meet these needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams (SAC Tech, ERP, Security, Portal) on data design, interfaces, extracts, and reporting to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Best-Fit Planning and Analytics Advice: Provide best-fit SAP SAC planning and/or Analytics advice, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Functional and Technical Design Understanding: Understand the functional design, including new processes and technical design, to deliver SAP SAC applications that meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Test Management: Manage SAP planning and Analytic projects testing, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with project goals.
- Process Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, implementing changes to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Incidents/Enhancements Management: Identify, log, prioritize and resolve incidents quickly, minimizing disruptions and impact on business operations.
