SAP PS Consultant

What You'll Be Doing:

As an SAP PS Consultant, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP Project Systems implementations and enhancements.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- SAP PS Implementation: Lead or play a significant role in end-to-end SAP PS implementations, from initial blueprinting to post-go-live support.

- Requirements Gathering & Blueprinting: Conduct detailed user requirements gathering sessions, facilitate blueprinting workshops, and create comprehensive design documentation that aligns with best practices and standard SAP functionality.

- System Configuration: Perform extensive configuration within the SAP ECC Project Systems module, covering:

- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

- Network and Activity Management

- Milestones

- Cost Planning and Budgeting

- Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for projects

- Project Quotations

- Time Sheets

- Goods Issues for projects

- Other essential project management activities.

- Full Cycle Management: Manage the complete PS module cycle, from project creation and planning through execution, monitoring, and final settlement.

- Integration Expertise: Possess strong integration knowledge and experience with other key SAP modules, including CO (Controlling), FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning), ensuring seamless cross-functional processes.

- Interface Knowledge: Demonstrate good knowledge and experience with various interface requirements and solutions related to SAP PS.

What You Must Have:

- Deep functional and configuration knowledge of SAP ECC Project Systems (PS).

- Proven end-to-end SAP PS implementation experience.

- Extensive experience with configuring PS structures like WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, and Budgeting.

- Understanding of Material Requirement planning, Project Quotations, Time Sheets, and Goods Issues within a project context.

- Experience managing the complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.

- Strong integration knowledge with SAP CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Proficiency in user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation design.

- Good knowledge and experience with interface development and management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
