Job Description: SAP PP/QM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementation projects and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Production Planning and Quality Management processes, with the ability to handle cross-module integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Design and configure SAP PP sub-modules including work centers, routings, BOMs, MRP, and demand management.
- Work on SAP QM processes such as inspection planning, lot creation, result recording, and quality notifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
- Manage master data related to PP and ensure MRP runs are optimized for business needs.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PM.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user manuals.
Candidate Evaluation Criteria (Mandatory):
Total SAP Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years.
SAP S/4HANA Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience.
End-to-End Implementations on S/4HANA :
- At least 2 full-cycle implementations as a consultant.
Current Role in SAP S/4HANA Project:
- Must be actively working as a functional consultant handling:
- Requirement Gathering
- Solution Design
- Master Data Upload
- Configuration
- Development
- Preparation of Functional Specifications
Willingness to Travel/Relocate:
- Open to travel or relocate if required, especially to Mumbai and Gujarat locations.
