SAP IS Retail Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for retail clients, focusing on modules such as SAP IS-Retail, SAP SD, MM, AFS, and S/4HANA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive business efficiency and growth in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP IS-Retail solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.

- Client Engagement: Work closely with retail clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on SAP solutions that will enhance their operations.

- System Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate SAP modules (SD, MM, AFS, S/4HANA) with existing retail systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

- Consulting & Strategy: Provide expert consulting services to retail organizations on best practices, process improvements, and SAP-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams on SAP systems and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address issues and challenges related to SAP IS-Retail modules, ensuring smooth functioning of systems post-implementation.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA (Full-time)

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP IS-Retail, SAP SD, MM, AFS, and S/4HANA.

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-Retail and related modules (SD, MM, AFS, S/4HANA).

- Strong understanding of retail business processes and how they align with SAP solutions.

- Proven experience in project management, implementation, and system integration within the retail sector.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and effectively.
