Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and design documents.
- Configure SAP modules and perform customization to meet client-specific needs.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, reports, workflows, and interfaces.
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Conduct end-user training, prepare user manuals, and provide go-live support.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-18 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP [specific module, e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO, PP] and knowledge of related business processes.
- Understanding of cross-module integrations (e.g., MM-FI, SD-MM, FI-CO).
- Experience in preparing functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Good understanding of S/4HANA environment (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and new SAP functionalities.
- Experience in global rollouts and template building.
