What You'll Be Doing:

As an SAP FSCM Consultant, you'll manage the full lifecycle of SAP FSCM implementations, with a particular emphasis on Treasury solutions.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- End-to-End Implementation: Lead or play a significant role in at least one full end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation, from initial blueprinting and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Treasury Solution Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and optimize SAP FSCM modules with a strong focus on Treasury (TRM), including areas like debt and investment management, cash and liquidity management, risk management, and foreign exchange.

- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate extensively with clients to understand their financial processes, identify pain points, and translate complex business requirements into robust SAP FSCM solutions.

- Client Management & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and building strong, lasting relationships.

- Functional & Technical Alignment: Work closely with technical teams to ensure configured solutions align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Testing & Training: Develop comprehensive test plans, execute functional testing, and provide effective training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and proficiency.

- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Problem Solving & Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements within the financial supply chain, driving efficiency and value for clients.

What You Must Have:

- 7+ years of experience as an SAP FSCM Consultant, with a demonstrated focus and strong experience in SAP Treasury (TRM).

- At least one full end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation project completed successfully.

- Deep expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FSCM modules, particularly in Treasury functionalities (e.g., Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Debt & Investment Management, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer).

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

- Proven client handling experience, including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and building strong rapport.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business challenges into effective SAP solutions.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and contribute effectively within a team environment.

Extra Credit For:

- SAP certification in FSCM or Treasury.

- Experience with S/4HANA Finance and embedded analytics.

- Knowledge of other FSCM components like Credit Management, Collections Management, or Disputes Management.

- Experience with integration points between FSCM and other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM)
