SAP CO Consultant

Position: SAP CO Consultant.

Location: Chennai.

Experience Required: 8+ Years.

Responsibilities: Configure and customize SAP CO modules, including Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Internal Order Accounting (IOA), and Profit Centre Accounting (PCA).

- Design and implement cost allocation cycles, assessments, and distributions.

- Configure and manage planning and budgeting processes within SAP CO.

- Develop and maintain CO master data.

- Perform system testing and ensure data integrity.

- Participate in 1-2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, providing expert guidance on SAP CO functionalities.

- Configure and implement Fiori applications related to SAP CO.

- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements for S/4HANA implementations.

- Perform data migration activities.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP CO functionalities.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP CO implementations.

- Create detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CO issues.

- Resolve user queries and provide training on SAP CO functionalities.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Perform root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP CO modules (CCA, IOA, PCA).

- Strong understanding of cost allocation, planning, and budgeting processes.

- Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts.

- Knowledge of SAP CO integration with other modules (FI, MM, SD).

- Experience in 1-2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Knowledge of Fiori applications related to SAP CO.

- Experience with data migration in S/4HANA.

- Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in using SAP Solution Manager.

- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting SAP issues.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant.

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP CO certification

- Experience in multiple industry verticals.

- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
