Job Summary
We are looking for experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) & CO (Controlling) Consultants with a strong foundation in both S/4HANA and ECC environments, who can also contribute to project management functions.
Ideal candidates should have 1015 years of experience in SAP implementation/support, possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and demonstrate strong documentation, change management, and end-user training abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP PS/CO solutions.
- Design and document Functional Specifications (FS) for technical teams using industry best practices.
- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA and ECC-based solutions, ensuring full life-cycle deployment.
- Prepare and execute end-to-end testing scripts including UAT scenarios, integrated with systems like CFIN, MDG, etc.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful configuration and delivery.
- Lead and manage change requests, incident management, and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
- Demonstrate configured solutions to users, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with MS Office standards.
- Contribute to project planning, workshops, training sessions, and cross-location collaboration when needed.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, dedication, and transparency in daily work.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in SAP PS and CO modules, including multiple S/4HANA implementations/support projects.
- Strong ECC functional background and clear understanding of SAP's data structures and integration flows.
- Good exposure to CFIN (Central Finance) and MDG (Master Data Governance) system integrations.
- Sound understanding of project systems structures, budgeting, cost planning, WBS, internal orders, and settlements.
- Experienced in creating and executing functional specs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
- Demonstrated capability in project/change management, stakeholder handling, and prioritization.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools Word (FS preparation), Excel (tracking/testing), and PowerPoint (demo/presentations).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
