The Company: GROWTHSPIRIT Trading Pvt Ltd, is an investing Arm, has envisioned setting up a composite Cement Plant in Andhra Pradesh


The Company is looking for the following professionals,

Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication to ensure alignment and engagement among employees

Job Title: Head of Corporate Affairs

Location: Hyderabad, AP (mandatory)

Job Summary:

The Head of Corporate Affairs will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies, programs, and policies to enhance the company's image and brand in line with its mission and vision. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for favorable policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

- Policy Advocacy: Advocate for favorable policies and regulations that support the growth and development of the Cement Industry.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and clearances for Minig Operations and setting up a Cement plant.

- Public Relations: Manage the company's public image and reputation through effective communication and media relations.

- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential issues and mitigate risks.

- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Oversee the company's CSR initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.

- Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication to ensure alignment and engagement among employees

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree in Law is preferred.

- Experience: At least 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or a related field, preferably within the Mining and Cement sectors.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of the Cement sector and regulatory environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in crisis management and public relations.

- High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
