Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is supporting a major real-estate company in Gurgaon on a Salesforce-led digital transformation initiative. The program aims to build a world-class customer experience platform, streamline Order-to-Cash processes, and strengthen the client's CRM capabilities through advanced Salesforce solutions and integrations.
As part of this initiative, the are looking to onboard a Salesforce Project Manager for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, managing integrations with SAP and other platforms, and enabling AI-driven and digital engagement solutions. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape how the client transforms its sales, customer engagement, and service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Design and oversee CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash process flows for the real-estate client.
- Manage deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys, and Customer 360.
- Oversee SAP integrations and enable AI-driven tools and WhatsApp/chat solutions within Salesforce.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing project governance, delivery timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Provide leadership to internal and client-side teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and success of the transformation.
Your Background:
- At least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments, with proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in the real-estate sector or for large B2B/B2C clients.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SFMC, Customer 360, and SAP integration.
- Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce features and WhatsApp/chat integrations.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities; able to work in fast-paced environments.
Other Information:
- The role is based on-site in Gurgaon and requires immediate availability.
- The initial contract is for 6-9 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
- This is a full-time engagement
