About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Professional with a strong track record in Education and Non-Profit domain implementations. This role will focus on delivering advanced Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Education Cloud, with a mix of hands-on configuration, advisory, and solution design. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver with active Salesforce certifications and proven customer-facing consulting experience.

Skills & Tools:

- Salesforce Clouds: Education Cloud (EDA / HEA), Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Sales Cloud

- Core Salesforce Skills: Data Modeling, Flows, Approval Processes, Security Model, Record Types, Page Layouts

- Technical Add-ons: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (advantage)

- Reporting & Analytics: Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, KPIs

- Integrations: AppExchange & third-party system integration

- Familiarity with Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) is a plus

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration & solution delivery

- Minimum expertise in any two of: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud

- End-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle execution in Education or Non-Profit

- Configuring Education Data Architecture (EDA)

- Proven consulting & client engagement experience

- Remote team collaboration and international client exposure

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Education / Non-Profit clients

- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using best practices

- Implement and manage Education Data Architecture (EDA)

- Develop Experience Cloud portals for target user groups (students, faculty, alumni)

- Build custom workflows, reports, and dashboards

- Collaborate with developers for Apex/LWC customizations

- Provide post-deployment support and optimization

- Align delivery to 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift to coordinate with global teams

Certifications (Active Status Required):

- Education-focused (preferred)

- Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant / EDA / HEA

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator

- Platform App Builder

- Bonus: Non-Profit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect (Application/System)
