Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Agentforce, and the proven ability to translate business needs into technical architectures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

- Drive Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and optimize customer data strategies for scalability and performance.

- Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Agentforce development.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust solutions.

- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance are followed throughout project lifecycles.

- Conduct technical reviews and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and features, ensuring teams are aware of new capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a proven track record as an Architect.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360, data modelling, identity resolution, activation).

- Hands-on proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Agentforce.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
