About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing innovative sales strategies.

You will be a thought leader, analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with sales teams to optimize their performance and achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key opportunities, target audiences, and emerging market trends.

- Define and refine go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market segments.

- Develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve sales effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency.

Sales Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Analyze sales data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and track sales progress against targets, providing regular performance reports and insights.

- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, team performance, and customer engagement.

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales conversion rates, increase average deal size, and enhance customer lifetime value.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, resource allocation, and sales team activities.

Sales Team Enablement & Training:

- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop training programs for sales teams.

- Train and coach sales teams on sales methodologies, product knowledge, competitive positioning, and new strategies.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and performance.

- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, such as playbooks, presentations, competitive battle cards, and sales scripts.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence gathering to identify new opportunities, potential threats, and emerging market needs.

- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, product offerings, and market share to develop effective counter-strategies and competitive advantages.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

- Communicate sales strategies, performance updates, and market insights effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Present findings, recommendations, and strategic plans in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, sales operations, or a related field with a proven track record of success.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, draw actionable insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
