Full job description:The Real Estate company is a leading developer firm in Mumbai. They are currently looking for Closing Sales Manager for their Bandra Location.
Responsibilities:- Sell residential properties in the market
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently
Functional Skills :- Understanding of the Real Estate Business
- Build and handle a strong network of connections
- Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends
- Exposure to primary sales
