Assessment and implementation of process-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer audit and market visit for better control on system Hygiene
- Monitor monthly Spent against Budget and taking the necessary measure for overshoot spent item
- Overall monitor & Credit Control on Customer (Credit term & Credit Limit exposure)
- Circulate daily, weekly monthly sales detail. Brand, channel, region wise etc.
- Circulate multiple dashboard to sales team& department heads.
- Coverage & sales trend tracking. Brand wise, area wise on multiple parameters.
- Incentive calculation.
- offtake sales data tracking outlet wise
- Service Management, Incident Management and Defining escalation, response, resolution time for reported problems on the basis of criticality
- Interaction with internal and external partners and Resolution of day to day operational queries
- Maintaining & providing the provision to accounts team
- Making Commercial & Sales claim KPI MIS report and sharing the same to management.
- Route to market data analysis. Contest & scheme tracking
- Planning Scheme, Offer , Activity and Sampling plan Every Month
- Making Sales Plan with Planning Team on monthly basis
- Sales contest Target Vs ach tracking.
- Sales Planning & Analysis.
- Monitoring ASM, SO,SR,ISR & DSR performance, imparting timely on-field training at regular intervals.
