Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets for assigned products or services within the designated territory.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and acting as their primary point of contact for service and support.

- Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential and existing clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.

- Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products/services or up-sell to higher-value solutions based on client needs and portfolio analysis.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to contribute to sales strategies and product development.

- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system, prepare regular sales reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of proven experience in direct sales, relationship management, or business development.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g , Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
