Key Responsibilities:

- Maximizing Revenue and Profitability: Develop city-specific strategies to identify growth opportunities, manage costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

- Enhancing Market Reach: Design targeted campaigns and interventions for underserved areas, leveraging customer data to refine delivery zones and drive penetration.

- Product Portfolio and Pricing: Tailor product offerings to city preferences, ensure availability of popular items, and implement competitive pricing strategies.

- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards by addressing delivery challenges, monitoring feedback, and enhancing the customer experience.

- City-Specific Initiatives: Launch tailored programs to address unique demands, such as festivals or regional specialties, to boost customer loyalty.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align efforts across operations, procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to achieve city-level goals.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and refine strategies by monitoring KPIs like churn rates and order value.

We hope that you have:

- A Master's degree in business administration, operations management, analytics, or a related field (or are currently pursuing).

- Strong interest in data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and supply chain optimization.

- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and customer behavior analysis.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling performance metrics and operational data.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
