Job Title: Sales Manager - Tiles & Adhesives.

Location: Mumbai , Pune, Indore.

Experience: Minimum 6+ Years in Tiles & Adhesive Sales.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the tiles and adhesive segment.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry experience, a strong dealer network, and a proven track record in building material sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across assigned regions.

- Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks.

- Identify new market opportunities and grow the customer base.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.

- Lead sales executives (if any) and ensure performance delivery.

- Conduct product demos, site visits, and dealer training.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and brand visibility.

- Ensure timely collections and compliance with credit terms.

- Present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

- 6+ years in sales of tiles, adhesives, or related materials.

- Strong knowledge of dealer/channel sales and the construction ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

Strong industry network: dealers, contractors, builders, architects.

Technical knowledge of tile and adhesive products.

Target-driven with analytical thinking.
