Job Description - Sales Manager (Telecom Solutions) - India & SAARC.

Location: Gurgaon, India (Travel Required).

Experience: 5-10 years in telecom B2B sales.

Industry: Telecom, GIS, Network Planning, FTTx Solutions.

Role Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious sales professional to drive revenue. growth for our Telecom Solutions portfolio, covering India and SAARC.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the telecom industry, be a proven deal closer, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, managing existing accounts and executing sales strategies to expand our market share.

- This role involves extensive engagement with telecom operators, ISPs, tower companies, and network infrastructure providers.

Key Responsibilities.

- Business Development & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for India & SAARC.

- Identify, engage, and close deals with telecom operators, ISPs, infrastructure providers, and government bodies.

- Drive sales of NetworkAccess (FTTx lifecycle management), 5G planning, and GIS-based telecom solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers in the telecom sector.

- Work closely with pre-sales and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Market Expansion & Pipeline Development - Identify new business opportunities and expand the telecom customer base across India & SAARC.

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value enterprise deals.

- Participate in telecom industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance market presence.

- Drive adoption of Lepton's solutions through direct sales, channel partners, and alliances.

Sales Execution & Deal Closure.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.

- Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions to secure business deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Customer Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for key telecom clients in the region.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
