- Tisteps, a leading staffing and consulting firm, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead client acquisition and account management across India, Europe, the USA, Gulf regions, and beyond.
- This role is central to Tisteps international growth strategy and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new clients and executing Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Achieving ambitious goals, including acquiring 50+ clients annually and managing 5,000+ open positions globally.
- Driving top revenue generation across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients across India, Europe, the USA, and Gulf regions.
- Develop and execute region-specific sales plans to achieve annual client acquisition targets.
2. Revenue Generation:
- Establish new global accounts and convert them into high-revenue clients.
- Drive consistent international revenue growth by exceeding sales objectives.
3. Account Management:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, effectively managing client needs across markets.
4. Master Service Agreements (MSAs):
- Lead negotiations and execute MSAs with international clients, ensuring policy compliance.
- Seamlessly onboard clients and manage contracts across diverse locations.
5. Position Management:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to oversee 1,000+ open positions globally.
- Optimize fulfillment processes to align with client expectations and regional demands.
6. Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies for staffing and consulting.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery internationally.
- Provide global sales metrics, client feedback, and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field.
- Proven global sales experience within staffing and consulting, across multiple regions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to acquire new clients globally and convert accounts into high-value revenue generators.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and regional business practices.
