Job Overview:.
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- This role requires a proactive individual contributor who can manage customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve targets independently.
Key Responsibilities:.
End-to-End Sales Management:.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct CP sourcing on weekdays and handle deal closures at the site on weekends.
Lead Generation and Conversion:.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online, referrals, walk-ins, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy and Execution:.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Site Visits and Presentations:.
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients on weekends.
- Address client queries and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Reporting and Analysis:.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputable developer.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
