We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive high-value residential sales in the luxury real estate segment.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role based in Gurgaon, where the selected candidate will play a key role in generating business through channel partners and direct sales for a premium residential project (- 7-8 Cr+).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of luxury residential projects through direct client engagements and broker/channel partner network
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: client acquisition, site visits, negotiations, closures
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners in the Gurgaon market
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitor offerings
- Manage customer walk-ins and ensure a high conversion ratio
- Deliver exceptional client experience and maintain brand standards at every touchpoint
-Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and leadership teams for sales performance updates
