We are looking for a Sales Manager - Lending with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lending sales, coupled with excellent relationship management and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional/national sales strategies for the Indian market.
- Drive new business growth through cold calling, lead generation, and market outreach.
- Qualify prospects, address customer pain points, and guide them through the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer strategies to refine business approaches.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to articulate the value proposition effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualification: Engineering/technical degree from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 6-12 years in BFSI sales, with a focus on LOS/Lending sales.
- Strong communication & corporate presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Seibel, and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
