The Sales Manager at Faxoc will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and driving the growth of the company's market presence. This position is key to ensuring that Faxoc meets its sales goals while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with Faxoc's business objectives.

- Set clear goals and targets for the sales team to achieve revenue and market growth.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.

- Forecast sales trends and prepare accurate sales reports for senior leadership.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to improve team performance.

- Foster a positive, results-driven team culture focused on high performance and professional growth.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Serve as a point of escalation for key client issues or concerns and ensure resolution.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell or up-sell to existing customers.

- Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline through the CRM system.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

- Provide feedback on product and service offerings based on customer needs and competitor analysis.

- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

- Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and initiatives.

- Participate in product development discussions to ensure customer needs are being met.

- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Leverage insights from the market to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
