Job Description :
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage lead generation, qualification, proposal, and closing of sales.
- Lead Generation: Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Lusha, Etc.) and other channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and marketing teams to understand product offerings and align sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations and follow-ups to build strong client relationships.
- Market Insights: Research market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of customer needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience: 4 years- 6 years in Sales, preferably in IT/technology.
- Lead Generation: Proficient in using social media for lead generation.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiar with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and SAP.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Target-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Tools: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
