SEA Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented SEA Sales Manager to join our Business Development team. This role is crucial for building a robust sales pipeline, selling digital solutions, and securing deals, with a particular focus on testing services within the Semiconductor and Contract Manufacturing Industries in Southeast Asia (SEA). While starting at our Lucknow office, this position will transition to Singapore in 6-9 months. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, eager to develop their career in a stimulating and supportive environment, driven to make inroads into new accounts with a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Represent DBP effectively to clients, embodying our values and commitment to digital solutions.

- Articulate and deliver DBPs value proposition and solution offerings to prospects independently and effectively.

- Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting through cold-calls, following up on marketing leads, leveraging personal relationships, cross-selling, and seeking references, aiming to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations.

- Follow DBPs established sales process to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity.

- Investigate clients' needs thoroughly, qualify leads, and recommend specific solutions that best fulfill identified requirements, demonstrating a strong and deep understanding of our offerings.

- Assist in delivering compelling value-based sales proposals and respond diligently to client RFPs.

- Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with sales management to finalize agreements.

- Appropriately engage DBPs management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Around 5-6 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in services selling.

- Direct experience covering the Semiconductor and/or Contract Manufacturing or High-Tech Manufacturing industries.

- Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of winning deals.

- Strong business and financial acumen, enabling effective client engagement and proposal development.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with global clients.

- Ability to remain organized and effective in a rapidly changing environment.

- Openness to continuous learning and a drive to make inroads into new accounts with high-quality customer experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to be a strong team player.

- BE/ B.Tech/ MCA / MBA.

Desirable Skills:

- Prior experience in selling IT Solutions / Services.

- Experience in selling testing services will be an added advantage.

- Masters degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
