Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the industrial product segment, particularly Aluminium Expansion Joints (AEJ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Meet and develop relationships with Contractors, Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, and Government Institutions.
- Lead planning and execution of product operations.
- Manage payment collections in line with company policies.
- Prepare and launch new product initiatives in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop the sales team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to market development.
- Ability to influence client decisions prior to tender stages.
- Excellent MS Office and written communication skills.
- Strong adaptability and team management abilities.
Language Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Spoken Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
