Sales Manager - Healthcare Infrastructure


Job Description:


We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager Healthcare Infrastructure & Automation to spearhead our sales initiatives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare infrastructure solutions, a deep understanding of client needs, and proven expertise in closing complex sales deals involving Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, and Pneumatic Tube Systems.


- Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.


- Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to meet their infrastructure and automation needs.


- Manage the entire sales cycle from client engagement, negotiation, to contract closure.


- Develop strategic sales plans to expand business within the assigned territory and maximize revenue growth.


- Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to tailor solutions and support client presentations and demonstrations.


- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


- Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and expand the professional network.


- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.


- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with junior sales staff and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.


- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring effective post-sales support and follow-up.


Requirements:


- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.


- 36+ years of proven field sales experience in healthcare or medical infrastructure sales.


- In-depth knowledge of Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems, and healthcare automation.


- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.


- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.


- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.


- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
