Designation: Sales Manager.

Location: Kochi.

Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience in Sales.

- We are seeking an experienced and driven Defense & Security Sales Manager to join our team.

- It is a leading drones/ROVs manufacturer in India.

- This role is pivotal in driving sales within government sectors, including defense (Navy, Army), police, fire and rescue, and disaster management organizations.

- You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue realization, while developing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team.

- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding Company's presence in the defense and Search and Rescue sector through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieving the sales targets for the company in the designated region.

- Major Industries to Cover Hydro, Oil & Gas, Disaster, Defense.

- Handle Tenders with Central, State Govt for sectors such as Disaster, Defense, Hydro/Dams, and Research Organization in the designated region.

- To work with Government organizations like Police, Fire and Rescue, Disaster Organizations (NDRF), for the sales of Company's products and solutions.

- Work with the channel to partners to promote and sell Company's solutions to clients.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisation.

- Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and other projects.

- Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships.

Skills:

- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

- Active listening skills, highly consultative, and solution-oriented.

- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product requirements.

- Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.

Qualification.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related degree.

- Should have done at least 3 years of B2G technical sales experience.

- Should have prior sales experience with the state police/MHA/disaster management-SDRF/Defense.
