About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune. In this on-site role, you will lead our sales operations, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to senior management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in sales leadership, sales strategy development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry experience in travel or recruitment is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
