Sales Lead Hiring - HR SaaS Products Industry
About the Company:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales for HR SaaS solutions across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, demos, and closing deals with mid-size to large enterprises.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Understand client HR needs and position product value accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at HR tech events, webinars, and partner meets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or HR Tech product sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, preferably in the GCC or UAE market.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage complex negotiations.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
- Previous experience selling to CHROs, HR Heads, or digital transformation leaders.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, Performance, or Employee Engagement tools is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, specifically within the SaaS or HR technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges, coupled with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and sales performance metrics.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable for effective client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team toward achieving ambitious targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
