Role:

We aim to transform the automotive

aftermarket in India by revolutionizing the spare part procurement process while providing component suppliers powerful insights which will help them grow their aftermarket business. We are building a platform for mechanics to order spare parts for two wheelers directly to their workshops. Mechanics are key decision makers in part selection but have been under served due to their small and unorganized nature. Our app will offer the widest selection of parts at competitive prices, enabling mechanics to order spare parts directly instead of wasting time in sourcing. As the two wheeler market evolves with the influx of electric vehicles, we will future proof mechanics by training them on new technologies and spare parts.

Objective:

To lead and manage the sales team in the Delhi NCR region, driving the onboarding and engagement of mechanics, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team 12-15,member sales team too onboard mechanics, help mechanics to learn and place orders via app and Whatsapp:

- Educate mechanics on parts, suppliers, and pricing advantages.

- Achieve revenue and customer/mechanic acquisition targets

- Provide insights from mechanic and market analysis with category, marketing and product team and get feedback incorporated.

- She/he will work very closely with the category/sourcing team to optimize inventory purchase at right prices.

- Design and launch sales and mechanic incentives programs.

- Monitor trends in the Delhi NCR auto spare parts market and evaluate competitors to maintain competitiveness.

- Generate and deliver sales reports, highlighting achievements and future strategies.

- Coach sales team success through leadership, guidance, and support, including performance evaluations and fostering growth.

Qualifications:

- MBA from reputed college with 5-7 years of sales experience in FMCG, Telecom, B2B e-commerce,, with atleast 3 years in managing a team.

- Sales experience in startup is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated experience in 0-1 journey and building business from scratch.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
