Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational design. - Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all teams.
