JD: Head of Sales Luxury Housing
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Experience: 15-25 years | Real Estate Luxury Segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy for high-ticket luxury residential projects (5 Cr+ units).
- Lead a high-performing sales team and ensure achievement of premium revenue targets.
- Manage direct sales, channel partner relationships, and HNI/UHNI client engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing for high-impact campaigns targeting niche clientele.
- Conduct pricing strategy, inventory positioning, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build developer brand equity through high-touch customer experiences.
- Ensure timely MIS reporting, CRM hygiene, and post-sales relationship management.
Requirements:
- Strong exposure to luxury project sales in metro markets.
- Experience with clientele from HNI/UHNI segments, NRIs, and global investors.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
